Let it be known to all concerned that the city-state of Obake is hereby privatizing our ship travel infrastructure. 

Effective immediately, Obake will be accepting tenders for the purchase of three ships and the civilian marina building in Obake.  Also included in this package will be a printing press, which is a device that allows the new owner(s) of the ship travelling business to print their own (non-counterfeit-able) tickets.

The winning bid need not necessarily be the highest bid.  The city-state of Obake would prefer to sell off this profitable business to an organized guild and/or adventuring group.  Preference will be given to organizations with some knowledge in the scribing tradeskill.
