[NWN1] Obake Tailoring Facility key

You guys are gunna hate me for reporting so many bugs you have to look into. 

Anyway, so I got a key for the Tailoring Facility and the door says it is locked when I try to open it.

Here's a tip for you - go to the pub in Ie and speak with the patrons there.

Erm...I went there...and talked to the old woman and failed the persuade check and my journal says something about talking to other towns people but the only other person is a dwarf who doesn't tell me anything.

Ok, I went back and talked to her and all she has is the basic waitress chat options.

What does the old woman say if you go back to her? (after failing the persuade check)

A couple of other players have already completed this quest (myself included)...the first part of it (Ie tavern) should be working properly.

At any rate, I'll look into this tonight.
