Hey guys...just wanted to give you all an update on what's been going on in Lego's world.
Tomorrow is my last day of an almost 5 year career of selling fireplaces. For the last two weeks, I've been working that job while also working my new job as a cook at New Holland Brewing Company. It's a lot of hard and frantic hot work, but it's a blast.
While doing all of that, I'm plugging away full time at Culinary School. Classes aren't that hard, but my tuesdays are booked, I'm in class from 8am to 10pm with an hours drive to and from.
So...that being said, not a lot of time left for The Fold. My wife swears she saw my picture on a milk carton. Hopefully with my old job winding down, and the possibility of a regular schedule at New Holland, I hope to find some time to spend some time with you guys, and gal!!

This is grain, which any fool can eat, but for which the Lord intended a more divine means of consumption. Let us give praise to our maker and glory to his bounty by learning about... BEER.

No worries - we'll still be here - tsunamis provided
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy shit...what a ride!"

Always nice to hear from people, take it cool and see how things work out, as Bane says; we'll be here for a while yet

Wow Leggo, everything sounds so exciting, it is a wonderful thong to be able to follow your passions and dreams at whatever stage of your life. Good luck with the cullinary school!!! I have finally been given a huge life break now, and have changed career directions as well, I am now a catering assistant for the Australian Catering Company, and will be based in my home town plateing food and doing dishes and service at Somercare, old facility. Although it isnt the Ritz, it is wonderful and it is my foot in the door to something I have a passion for, people and food. And now I get to pay my bills and rent on time too
It is soo great to hear updates. Hope everyone else in the Fold ohana are happy and healthy too.

What's wrong with your phone?
Cooking for an Old-Folks home? - Hope the blender is up to it
And don't forget to check for dentures before scraping the plates.
at any rate good luck with it
Cheers
